Is your internet slow? Follow these steps to resolve:
1. Ensure your computer is connected via ethernet cable or on the CliffsWiFi network.
Look in your taskbar and left click the connection icon (Computer screen or WiFi symbol). If you do not see the connection icon, left click the up arrow in the taskbar to show all icons:
2. Check to see if your VPN is trying to connect.
Cisco VPN is not needed when connected via ethernet cable while on Cliffs' property or CliffsWiFi. Look in your taskbar for the Cisco VPN icon. For illustration, the icon is outlined with a red box. Your icon should look exactly like this:
3. Restart your computer
Left click the Windows Icon in the taskbar-->left click the power symbol-->left click restart
